We work on a fixed fee basis for all immigration work except Judicial Review claims. We will endeavor to give you the best possible idea about our fees for various immigration works we undertake.
Please find our following fee guidelines the applications are listed below:
• Applications for naturalization or registration under the British Nationality Act 1981: from £300.00 plus VAT

• Applications on behalf of European Economic Area (EEA) nationals and their family members under the applicable EEA Regulations or Immigration Rules, including applications for permanent residence, residence cards, and registration certificates: from £300.00 Plus VAT

• Applications under the Immigration Rules, including:

o student and work experience visas: from £500.00 plus VAT
o visit visas (for tourism, or visiting friends/family): from £500.00 plus VAT
o spouse and partners applications, including fiancé(e)s or proposed civil partners: from £500.00 plus VAT
o applications for work, business, or study under the Points-Based System: from £500.00 plus VAT
o dependent relative and family reunion applications: from £500.00 plus VAT
o ancestry visas
o other categories, such as applications on the basis of long residence: from £500.00 plus VAT

please note that disbursements such as counsel, expert, interpreter fees and postage, etc are not included in our fixed fees. However, we will give you an estimate and early notice of any such fees.

Please also note that the costs quoted here do not include:
• Any Home Office fees for making the application. You will pay this to the Home Office directly as part of the application process.
• Where the Home Office refuses your application, advice, and assistance in relation to any appeal
